Framework independent DOM utility source, currently focused on enlarged element previews through previewElement.

These utilities require a browser DOM and cannot be called directly on the server. Build, types and package exports are incomplete; documentation imports source directly. Applications do not need this experimental dependency.

Prefer YlfDialog for production dialogs and focus management. See Package responsibilities.
